Formal dining on the Celebrity Solstice takes place in the Grand Epernay Dining Room. With glass walls and soaring two stories, the room itself has a light and airy feeling. You can’t help but notice the two story wine tower. The food is exceptional and choices range from entrée salads to salmon and New York strip steaks. Dinners are done in two seatings and guests have an assigned table. The restaurant is also open for breakfast and lunch with open seating.

For casual buffet dining the Oceanview Café serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Afternoon tea is also served. You can find sushi, ice, pizza and late evening snacks. Lunch offers a “Chefs Choice station” that changes day to day which will offer a carving station. You can also customize your pasta choices with different sauces being offered. Feel like a stir fry? You pick the ingredients and will be cooked for you. This is a popular dining area especially for families.

When you are hanging out at the pool, the Mast Grill will provide a quick snack of burgers and hotdogs.
Bistro on Five is one of the specialty dining options. They serve up delicious breakfast crepes as well as sandwiches at lunch time. They are an additional fee of $5 per person for dining there.

Blu is only available to the AquaSpa class of rooms and offers private dining in much the style of the Grand Epernay at no additional charge. If you are a suite passenger, you are allowed to book at Blu for $5 per person. The emphasis in this restaurant is healthy eating with flavor provided by herb and spices not by buttery sauces.
Tuscan Grill brings the flavors of Tuscany to the Celebrity Solstice. Murano is a romantic and upscale choice of specialty dining with flavors leaning toward the French. The cover charge is $30 per person but if you are looking for a special evening, well worth it. Silk Harvest offers the flavors of the East at a supplement of $20 per person.
Café al Bacio will give you your latte fix as well as the Gelataria offering gelato in a variety of flavors.
In addition, room service is available. One thing is for certain, you will never go hungry on Celebrity Solstice.
