We flew from Manchester aboard an NCL arranged regional flight with Monarch which kept to time and the disabled assistance to the port again arranged by NCL worked perfectly. We had done this cruise 2 years before again on the Jade and I was suprised to see how immaculatey the ship had been maintained. Its a credit to all her crew - the ship is in superb condition with all hand rail varnished and everywhere so clean.

My mother was sharing a disabled cabin that met all her requirements and being near to the elevators meant she had easy access to the Grand Pacific and Garden Cafe.

We all had a great 9 days with execllent weather and whilst we did not disembark at Casablanca or Agadir, we enjoyed the weather for the ship. We did disembark at Las Palmas, Funchal and Malaga the latter we did took the Leisurely Malaga excursion which showed us the sights of Malaga.

Breakfast and dinner was taken in the Grand Pacific as was lunch on sea days. The food was excellent and the service attentive.

A couple of suggestions I would make is that unlike the Gem I could not seem to be able to view our bill on line on the TV. Also in the elevators the meassge scrolling keeps introducing the Jade as the latest addition to the fleet which is if course not. One further thing, the seating on the balconies are a lot easier for disabled guests than either the chairs or sunloungers around the pool, would it not be an idea to put some of these out poolside for our less mobiile cruisers maked clearly for restricted use?

A lovely holiday which we all enjoyed.

The itinerary. I'd very much prefer Gibraltar instead of Casablanca and maybe Tenerife insead of Agadir?

I would reccomend this cruise to others.

I think this cruise is suitable for Seniors.
