Jewel of the Seas image
We had a fantastic time on our 7-day cruise out of Boston up through New England and Canada on the Jewel of the Seas. This was our first time on a Royal Caribbean ship and we were very impressed. Embarkation at the Black Falcon Terminal in Boston was as easy as could be. We arrived at 11 a.m. and before noon we were at the Windjammer eating lunch and enjoying a cocktail.

We booked a balcony room on the 8th floor of the ship and we loved it. The room had plenty of space and was extremely clean. The bathroom was a little small for our liking.

Entertainment throughout the week was very enjoyable, the cruise director made it very special! There was plenty of variety with some great singers and dancers on the ship, as well as well put together shows in the theatre at night.

Food all week was as good as could have possibly been. The menu in the main dining room made for some great meals, and the Windjammer café was also very good in terms of variety and quality.

Most days we started our breakfast and lunch off at the Windjammer, and then ended up at the main dining room for dinner. The Seaview Café above the Windjammer is also well worth checking out for lunch.

Service was top-notch not only in the restaurants but also at the bars, the pool deck, and everywhere else.

This was a great cruise on the Oasis of the Seas, one that we will not soon forget! Thank you Royal Caribbean for a great week!
