Carnival Elation image The decor of the Carnival Elation is dedicated to promoting famous literary artists and their works. The various lounges and public rooms are named for famous characters, such as Jekyll and Hyde and Romeo and Juliet. This ship is the seventh in the Fantasy line of Carnival cruise ships and offers a wide variety of entertainment for cruisers of all ages. Although entertainment is uppermost on the Carnival Elation, you will find many quiet spaces where you can be alone with your thoughts as you take in the scenery. There are three pools, one of which is for the exclusive use of adults in the Serenity Retreat. It has a dedicated conference center for business passengers who want to conduct meetings while enjoying the thrills of cruising. There are 1026 cabins that include 26 Penthouse suites and 28 regular suites, and twenty wheelchair accessible staterooms for the convenience of disabled passengers. All are air-conditioned and have in-room safes, TV’s and well-stocked mini-bars. There are two main dining rooms and a casual dining venue on the Carnival Elation. With ten bars and lounges to choose from, a shopping mall and a Virtual Video Arcade there is no shortage of public rooms on this ship. Along with the spa and fitness facilities, there is a walking/jogging track, a casino and programs designed for children of different age groups. Nothing is left to chance when planning a cruise to the Bahamas or the Mexican Riviera on this cruise ship.
