Serenade of the Seas image Built in 2003, the Serenade of the Seas is the third ship of the Royal Caribbean fleet in the Vision class of ships. It has a carrying capacity of 2490 passengers and has 829 outside rooms and 226 inside rooms. Over half of the exterior of the ship is glass and the majority of the outside rooms feature floor to ceiling windows. Internet access is available from every stateroom and suite on the ship. There are six restaurants on this ship including the main dining room and two alternative restaurants. The Solarium Pool has a sliding glass dome so that adults can enjoy the use of the pool during inclement weather and still have the natural light pouring into the area. Enjoy shopping at the Boutiques of Centrum, work out in the fitness center and experience rock climbing at sea. There are numerous bars and lounges featuring all kinds of entertainment during the day and night and if you feel so inclined you can see how lucky you really are by trying your hand at the slot machines in the casino. Children are well looked after on the Serenade of the Seas with the extensive program the ship has for them. In addition to the main pool, there is a pool for teenagers on Deck 12 and a shallow wading pool for the littler ones.
